Penny Lowe, the founder of Wellington Consulting, is an independent qualified accountant, business owner, author and trainer with over 40 years experience and hindsight.
She has taught at colleges and universities as well as writing and delivering bespoke courses for large and small organisations.
Our finance training courses can be tailored to your requirements.
A small example of topics are Accounting, Book Keeping, Making Tax Digital (MTD), Tax Returns and QuickBooks Training.
Our office, located between Ross-on-Wye and Hereford, includes a small teaching room for classroom or one-to-one training, however, we can provide training anywhere in England and Wales by arrangement or via e-learning.
Accountancy and Book Keeping
Wellington Consulting provides all aspects of accountancy: from book-keeping to annual statutory accounts and associated taxes for businesses, as well as simple tax returns and tax planning for individuals.
You won’t be left to interpret figures and guess their implications; we will always explain everything in as much detail as you need.
We always use plain language and keep technical terms and jargon to a minimum.
We can also liaise with Companies House and HMRC and take on Company Secretary roles and responsibilities such as Compliance Advice, Issuing / Transferring of Shares and Appointment of Directors.
Clients range from large companies to start-ups and people running their businesses part time.
